ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION AND BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES

Tomorrow the training event organized by the Milan Bar Association entitled “Environmental reclamation and bankruptcy procedures” will be held, dedicated to the relationship between public administration and bankruptcy procedures on the subject of remediation of polluted sites after the sentence of the Plenary Meeting of the Council of State no. 3/2021. After the introduction by Atty. Patrizia Capodicasa, Coordinator of the Corporate Crisis Commission, Insolvency Procedures and Executive Procedures of the Milan Bar Association, Avv. umberto grella, administrative lawyer, the lawyer Barbara Rovati, Bankruptcy Receiver, Avv. Martina Gasparri, expert in European Union law, Dr. Marco Bonassi, senior engineer at Studio Projeco S.r.l. and to conclude Dr. Alberto Crivelli, Counselor at the Fifth Civil Section of the Court of Cassation.
