Yesterday, July 6, 2023, the conference entitled “SEPARATION OF CAREERS YESTERDAY, TODAY AND TOMORROW: identity battle or inescapable necessity?” was held, organized by the Criminal Chamber of Milan. The meeting offered numerous food for thought on the historical and political reasons for the issue of separation of careers, as well as on the current propositional action of the Union of Italian Penal Chambers and on future prospects in terms of training (also) of the judiciary in the sign of a common culture of legality.
