TALK TO THE FUTURE – THE NEW PORTAL AND THE NEW ELECTRONIC DEPOSITS: ALL THE UPDATES ON THE ELECTRONIC CRIMINAL PROCESS

Tomorrow, at the library “Avv. Giorgio Ambrosoli” of the Palace of Justice in Milan, from 15:00 to 17:00, the conference entitled “The new portal and the new electronic deposits: all the updates on the electronic criminal process” organized by the Milan Bar Association will be held. After the introduction by Atty. Matteo Picotti, Coordinator of the Telematic Trial Commission and Avv. Enrico Giarda, Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Commission, Dr. Silvana Pucci, Judge at the Court of Milan and Avv. Manuela Jeremiah. The lawyer Giovanni Briola will intervene dealing with the theme of the new “on-screen” criminal trial in the light of the Cartabia reform, with particular attention to the critical issues of carrying out the cross-examination remotely. The event is part of “Talk to the future”, the training campaign created by the Milan Bar Association with the sponsorship of the National Bar Council (CNF) and the Forensic Congress Organization (OCF) dedicated to issues of the future with the aim of promoting the culture of innovation.
