GIOVANNI BRIOLA CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BODY OF LORO PIANA

The lawyer Giovanni Briola (in the photo), founding partner of the Briola & Partners firm, has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Body (SB) of Loro Piana Spa. The appointment comes just a few days after that in the monocratic OdV of Merbag Spa (Mercedes-Benz AG). These two recent assignments add to the roles that the firm already covers in Supervisory Boards of national and multinational companies, operating in various industrial sectors, including pharmaceuticals, facility management, financial management and logistics. Therefore, alongside the activity in assisting some of the most important Italian banking groups, compliance has been consolidated as one of the most important activities of the firm.
