THE CRIMINAL PROTECTION OF CORPORATE ASSETS

We would like to highlight the publication of the volume “The criminal protection of corporate assets” (ed. Zanichelli editore S.p.A), to which the lawyer contributed. Mario Arienti with the chapter “Tools for the protection of company assets: ordinary checks and defensive checks, protection of workers’ rights and criminal risks”. The volume, characterized by a practical-operational slant, aims to provide companies with useful tools to safeguard corporate assets in a broad sense, i.e. data, trademarks, patents, industrial secrets, know-how, governance systems, etc. The aim is to increase the awareness and response capacity of economic operators in relation to criminal (but also civil and regulatory) risks inherent to internal events (disloyal employees, internal investigations, etc.) or external actions (competing companies, cyber attacks, etc.).
