BANKING ACTIVITY AND ASSET PREVENTION MEASURES. PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTIES AND PUBLIC INTEREST REQUIREMENTS

Today the training event organized by the Commission of Banking Law and the Third Sector of the Milan Bar Association entitled “Banking and asset prevention measures will be held. Protection of third parties and requirements of public interest”. Dr. Fabio Roia, President of the Court of Milan, Avv. Anna Maria Paradiso and the lawyer. Benedetta Franco, members of the Banking and Third Sector Law Commission, coordinated by Avv. Giovanni Briola who will moderate the meeting and will intervene dealing with the issue of the position of the third owner and the third creditor within the prevention procedure.
