THE CARTABIA REFORM: FIRST APPLICATIONS IN CRIMINAL MATTERS AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (PRE-TRIAL HEARING – JUDGMENT AND APPEALS)

The training event organized by the Milan Bar Association entitled “The Cartabia reform: first applications in criminal matters and criminal procedure” will be held on Tuesday 4 April in the Aula Magna of the Palace of Justice in Milan, the subject matter is the pre-trial hearing, the trial stage and the appeals stage. Dr. Eugenio Fusco, Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of Milan, Dr. Ilio Mannucci Pacini, President of the Third Penal Section at the Court of Milan and Avv. Prof. Gianluca Varraso, Full Professor of Criminal Procedure Law and Penitentiary Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. The lawyer Giovanni Briola will intervene as moderator after the introduction by Avv. Enrico Giarda, Councilor of the Milan Bar Association and coordinator of the Criminal Justice Commission.
