THE DEONTOLOGY OF THE CRIMINAL LAWYER IN THE LIGHT OF NEW REGULATIONS

On Monday 17 July, at the Salone Valente of the Palazzina ANMIG, from 15:00 to 18:00, the conference entitled “The deontology of the criminal lawyer in the light of the regulatory changes” will be held, organized by the Milan Bar Association and by the Criminal Chamber of Milan. After the introduction by Atty. Paola Boccardi, Delegate of the Cassa Forense, Avv. Aldo Bissi, President of the District Disciplinary Council of Milan and Avv. Antonella Calcaterra, Councilor of the Milan Bar Association. The lawyer Giovanni Briola will intervene dealing with deontological canons within the criminal process, with particular attention to official defenses, relations with colleagues and with the press.
