THE ROLE OF THE LAWYER IN RELATIONS WITH ALL INTERESTED PARTIES IN THE LIGHT OF THE FORENSIC CODE OF ETHICS

Yesterday the training meeting organized by the Milan Bar Association dedicated to the “Role of the Lawyer in relations with all interested parties in the light of the Forensic Code of Ethics” was held. After the introductory greetings of Avv. Antonino La Lumia, President of the Council of the Milan Bar Association, Avv. Ettore Traini, Councilor of the Milan Bar Association, Avv. Cristina Bellini, member of the District Disciplinary Council of Milan, and Avv. Giovanna Raffaella Stumpo, expert in organisation, quality and legal marketing. Our founding partner, Avv. Giovanni Briola, intervened dealing with the delicate issue of behavioral rules in relations with clients, colleagues, with all the subjects of the process and with the forensic institutions.
