Prof. Valerio Piacentini presents the new edition of the Manual which brings together the most current issues of international taxation, from double taxation, to royalties, up to the regulation of trusts and the phenomenon of transfer pricing. Particular attention is paid to the chapter on foreign investment and anti-avoidance rules in which our Firm participated in the drafting.
