COMMENTARY TO THE D.LGS. No. 231/2001

The new Commentary on the Legislative Decree has been published no. 231/2001, edited by Lorenzo Nicolò Meazza and Guido Stampanoni Bassi. The lawyer Marika Fardo was pleased to contribute to the project with a comment on the procedural provisions of articles 36 (attributions of the criminal judge), 37 (cases of inadmissibility) and 38 (merger and separation of proceedings).
