Graduated with honours in October 2013 from the “Luigi Bocconi” Commercial University of Milan with a thesis in Criminal Law entitled: “Il concorso anomalo nel reato: disciplina e criticità dell’articolo 116 c.p.” (supervisor: Professor Francesco Mucciarelli) and Member of the Milan Bar Association since January 2017.
During his university studies, he was selected for the legal network of excellence Themis, consisting of a semester of study at the Freie Universität in Berlin, an internship in international law at the law firm “Rossi e Associati” in Milan and a seminar on international law entitled “Law and Art” at the University of Maastricht, thus obtaining “The Joint Certificate in International and Business Law“.
He has completed internship periods at the Court of Milan (Surveillance Court, Civil Court, G.I.P. Office), both during his studies and after graduating.
In July 2015 he obtained a Postgraduate Specialization Diploma for Legal Professions at the Università degli Studi of Milan.
He is a member of the Europa Group of the Civil Justice Observatory in Milan and he occasionally collaborates with the chair of criminal law of Professor Francesco Mucciarelli at the “Luigi Bocconi” Commercial University of Milan, in particular with regard to the course “Criminal law, focus on economic crime“.
He mainly deals with corporate, financial and banking criminal law, as well as health and safety in the workplace and compliance with privacy legislation.
